• Upload unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use automated tools to send spam enquiries or manipulate reviews.

User content and licences

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews or media). By uploading it you grant PrivateSchools.cy a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it to operate the service. User reviews and ratings reflect the personal views of the contributors. We do not endorse, verify, or promise the accuracy of user-generated statements, and you should rely on your own judgement when reviewing them.

• You confirm you have the rights necessary to share the content.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable laws.
• School administrators remain responsible for ensuring that staff photographs or contact details have appropriate consent.

Unverified school information

Where a school has not been claimed or verified, details shown on PrivateSchools.cy are compiled from publicly available government or regulatory sources. These listings are provided for convenience only and may not reflect the most current information. You acknowledge that PrivateSchools.cy does not audit or guarantee the accuracy of unverified data.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and software powering PrivateSchools.cy belong to PrivateSchools.cy or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior agreement.

Paid services

If you purchase premium placements, advertising, or managed services, separate commercial terms may apply. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise in the relevant order form.

Disclaimers

Information on PrivateSchools.cy is provided for general guidance. While we verify listings, we do not guarantee accuracy or availability. Schools may change programmes, fees, or policies without notice. You should confirm details directly with each institution.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrivateSchools.cy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. PrivateSchools.cy shall have no liability for lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, data loss, goodwill, or any punitive damages. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PrivateSchools.cy harmless from claims arising out of content you submit, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights, including any dispute stemming from reviews, testimonials, or information you provide about a school.

Termination
