• School managers must ensure data they submit is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with other users. In particular you must not:

• Scrape, copy, or resell directory listings without written permission.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use automated tools to send spam enquiries or manipulate reviews.

User content and licences

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews or media). By uploading it you grant PrivateSchools.cy a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it to operate the service. User reviews and ratings reflect the personal views of the contributors. We do not endorse, verify, or promise the accuracy of user-generated statements, and you should rely on your own judgement when reviewing them.

• You confirm you have the rights necessary to share the content.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable laws.
• School administrators remain responsible for ensuring that staff photographs or contact details have appropriate consent.
